Sometimes scientists get ahead of themselves by assuming too much like cholesterol being synonymous with fat. The natural knee jerk reaction was to stay away from eggs. Other assumptions were to only eat the whites of the egg to avoid the cholesterol. As it turns out all these assumptions were totally wrong!
